Hair can be the worst. It can take ages to style if you're going for anything other than your "au naturel" look, and most hot tools end up damaging your hair. If you're someone who needs to give your hair some time to repair, or is looking for a way to minimize your hair-styling time in the morning, I've found it!
The Sleep Styler dries and styles hair while you sleep or, if you prefer, while you're busy eating, cleaning, working, etc. It's a set of eight rollers made of yoga towel material (in other words, they're super water absorbent) that are filled with memory foam. The memory foam is meant to make them nicer to sleep on, but I also find it makes the rollers so much comfier to wear in general by eliminating any pulling/tugging feeling. I've used these both while doing homework on my laptop and while sleeping. I promise, they are just as comfy to sleep with as they claim to be.
Even though they're rollers, they can be used to curl AND straighten hair, which is probably the best thing about them. They can literally replace any and every hot styling tool of yours. The second best thing about them is that they're machine washable, so you can keep them clean, and help them last for as long as possible. They also come in the portable plastic bag pictured above, and are 100% squish-able, so they are seemingly easy to travel with.
It definitely takes a couple of tries to master using the rollers, but I think that can be said for any hair styling tool you use. Essentially you shower, towel dry your hair a decent amount, wrap your hair around the curlers, and use the velcro strap to fasten your hair to them. Then you remove them in the morning/when your hair is dry. You can technically also use them on dry hair but obviously they'll be much less effective.
People usually want what they can't have; my hair is dead straight and I have constantly tried any tips and tricks people recommend to make my hair curly without spending half an hour with a curling iron. My previous experiences definitely made me skeptical about this product. Admittedly, it was probably because most things I've tried haven't worked, or just left my hair looking crimped and not curled.

I was beyond surprised and SO pleased with how well these rollers worked on my hair! They gave me beautiful ringlet curls, not some crimped disaster, as soon as I removed them. I also found that without hairspray they lasted for a solid 6 hours before showing any signs of falling out, which by my standards is pretty impressive. FYI, the photos below were taken after I'd brushed the curls out a few times to loosen them up into beachy waves.
If you're someone who truly enjoys taking some time for yourself while you style your hair, then these may not be for you. But if you're someone who is frustrated with hair damage, tired of accidental burns, or looking for a few extra minutes of sleep in the morning, I would highly recommend purchasing these.

Disclaimer: I purchase most of the products I review on my blog myself, but sometimes I’m lucky enough to have the opportunity to try and review products sent by brands for consideration. I'm also lucky to have some amazing friends that may give me a gift or two from time to time. That being said, any thoughts and views expressed are always 100% honest and straight out of my own crazy brain.
Great review. You are stunning! Even prettier than Kate Hudson. I just received my sleepstylers yesterday, and they worked like a charm. I'm super excited about them!
