Earlier this year I talked about Canadian Tire's lifestyle line, CANVAS, in my post about their spring/summer line launch. If my love of CANVAS wasn't clear enough from that post, or how often I posted photos from that launch on my Instagram feed, I'm back to talk about it some more. This summer, I was invited to check out what they'll be selling in stores for fall and Christmas and again, they didn't disappoint. Whether you're hoping to make the perfect Winter Wonderland, or simply need some cozy accents for your home, check out some of my favourite pieces from the lines below! Full disclosure: most (read: all) of them are Christmas-related.
Once again, CANVAS had everything covered; there were festive dishes, glassware and tablecloths, stuffed animals, ornaments, lanterns, fake Christmas trees, lights, stockings, pillows, and more. One of my favourite displays was the one below, which was centred around a white and silver theme. It was so simple yet so glamorous looking.
If you've ever seen my Instagram feed, you know that what it lacks in a consistent theme it makes up for in colour. The room below was full of fun ornaments that ranged from snowmen and reindeer to headphones and pineapples. I love the mix of colours used on these ornaments because it makes them really pop.
I'm a huge fan of bold ornaments, and I still can't seem to ditch coloured lights on my Christmas tree, so I actually put a bunch of these bright ornaments on my tree this year! I also picked up some bits and bobbles that complemented them to add around the house. My family always likes to decorate our fireplace mantles, so they seemed like the perfect places to add in some fun flashes of colour.
It's hard to talk about everything in this line because of the sheer volume of products, but I've included pictures of my favourite wreaths, pillows, lights and miscellaneous decorations below! Fair warning: these photos are FESTIVE and might make you want to turn your house into Whoville overnight. So, if you're one of those people who thinks it's too early to be blasting Christmas carols, dipping into the eggnog and stringing lights on everything, maybe revisit these photos in two weeks time?
Honestly, I'd highly recommend checking this range out. Whether you're looking to revamp your entire holiday set-up or are simply missing one more ornament, this vast collection probably has what you're looking for. It's also insanely cheap in comparison to what other homeware brands charge for holiday items, but the quality is still really impressive. So, why not get more bang for your buck?
Happy Holidays!
